Team development through coaching involves a process of building trust, mutual respect, psychological safety, and collaboration within a team environment. To achieve this, we use the Hogan Assessment tool to provide individual feedback to each team member before the group workshop.
During the 2-day group workshop, team members have the opportunity to communicate openly, share experiences, and address challenges together in a structured environment. The workshop includes guided exercises and discussions designed to help team members build rapport, develop a deeper understanding of each other's strengths, weaknesses, and perspectives, and learn to appreciate each other's contributions. This enhances cohesion and camaraderie within the team.
Through group coaching, team members also learn to confront and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a culture of openness and accountability. To reinforce the behaviors, norms, and goals agreed upon during the workshop, additional individual coaching sessions may be scheduled post-workshop.
